How can my assumption be baseless if there is a correlation. If there is some sort of correlation then that automatically means my assumption has some merit behind it, I mentioned those other factors. Anyway I specifically said they would need to downgrade the game on Wii U.

Because you don't know if the graphics will push the PS4. That is why its baseless. The production costs can be high for other reasons. I thought your argument was that it couldn't run on Wii U, even if it were downgraded.
