Kelbi horns yes, but Blue Kelbi Horns are a pain in the ass to get...
Apparently you can only get it when a big Blue Kelbi shows up (which I've seen like 3 times only) and the only other way is with the Kelbi Cure All quesr which has only a 7% drop rate...
