I'm guessing you're not hosting these images yourself? Not every website allowes direct hotlinking. So have you considered creating an account on Photobucket or Tinyypic or something and host the images yourself?

Anyway, as for Top tier, I'll say Rosalina and Luma because they are cute. That's a legitimate reason.
