It's probably not going to happen unless RTS games really start kicking off again. I think the HD remakes and extended versions (AoE 2, AoM, RoN) on Steam have sold relatively well so maybe they might look back on them and try to rejuvenate the genre. It's a long shot though.
Really, the last big RTS left is Starcraft. I guess you could count the Total War games and there are some smaller Indie/Kickstarter attempts.
