I doubt that, especially Zelda since it is most likely going to be released in the Christmas holidays, and just for reference Majora's Mask 3D, which not only is a remake but was not released on any sort of holiday sold 300,000 in its first week, so i think Zelda has a chance to break the 1m mark.

That was only in US. Likely sold around 900k WW. Zelda will surely sell 1m FW. Platina is correct, however. Most games on that list will sell a maximum of 1m this year. I only see the Mario games, Zelda and possibly Xenoblade having a substantial chance of surpassing it.

Wow. Everybody loves them some MM3D. Back on topic, the only thing i can see holding back sales is the fanbase, which is honestly quite a big setback and as a result i can see where you are coming from, but its as big, if not bigger, than Mario Kart 8 in my opinion, and that game sold 1.2 million in its first 4 days (source:http://vgsales.wikia.com/wiki/Mario_Kart ) and at that time the Wii U had an even smaller fanbase, and again was not released in a holiday.
