Actually, if you take a look at the tweet:
"Some of my favorite @Microsoft tech from 2014, sketched on a Surface Pro 3. Look forward to what’s ahead in 2015. "
The content in the picture is referring to Microsoft products that were shown off and/or released in 2014, MCC being one of them. The last sentence is just asking people to look forward to the new stuff coming this year, so I really don't believe this is some kind of indirect confirmation of MCC coming to PC. It may still be a possibility, but I don't think this pic is hinting at it.
