If you cant read, it says exactly this : " the assets from the next DQ XI will equal the CG parts from DQ H trailer " ( there is nothing really impressive in these assets compared to what we already have ) so warn them it's impossible because they are doing it.

 

Sure and Killzone 2 was supposed to look as good as its pre-rendered trailer. Dark Souls 2 was supposed to look as good as its trailers. Developers say a lot of things which are bullshit. Anyway, can you give some details of your source? It seems quite sketchy.
