Can the N3DS Sell More than the Vita Lifetime in Japan? If Not Can It Temporarily Surpass It?

Currently as of Last Week "SOLD"..... Vita: 3.67mil + N3DS: 1.57mil

(Vita includes all models, even Vita TV)

Shipments may be around 3.80mil for Vita and 1.80mil for N3DS. Pretty Good So Far...

Thoughts???
