I was posting on my phone yesterday but got a phone call before I could hit "Post". When I came back, everything was gone but here's the gist of what I was going to say:
I've had some shitty experiences with Gamestop but I've had some awesome experiences, too:
--When I went to buy Hyrule Warriors, the cute chick behind the counter renewed my Power Up rewards subscription for free (Rincon, Ga)!
--Won a free shirt answering Xbox trivia during the Xbox One launch party
--Got a free issue of Game Informer from a clerk that went above and beyond in customer service (Augusta, Ga) Can't remember what else he did but I actually went online and gave him a stellar review.
--Got Pre-Order DLC for several games, even thoujgh I didn't pre-order (Statesboro, Ga)
So good Gamestop employees do exist. It just depends on who is working and when you go there.
