Moral Question: If were promised impunity, would every murder anybody?

Are we talking about "ability to kill anyone without actually doing anything or anyone knowing it was you" or "ability to not get in trouble if you kill someone with normal means"?

If the former, oh hell yes. If the latter, probably not.
