And we will be proof positive of that! We still disagree about many things and yet we are going to get along very well. We're just not going to talk about the things we disagree about. Like how you wouldn't bring up politics with a friend if you know you have polar opposite political views.
To be fair, I try to stay away from Zelda discussions anyway. The fanbase is extremely varied and strongly opinionated, which makes for a lot of heated debates. Not quite my scene. Basically for every person who thinks one Zelda is the best game ever made, there's someone who thinks it's an absolute pile of vomit. (I'm mildly guilty of this myself with my general distaste for Majora's Mask and a couple of other Zeldas. But I like them anyway.)
