It would seem like the best chioce... but would cause a lot of problems. If a reviewers score was not counted because their score was too different than the average, soon reviewers will be influenced by each other.

The review would still be present on Meta, just with a star next to it, and honestly, I don't think review sites (and reviewers even less) really care about being included in the metascore
