Yeh was made by DMA who later became Rockstar North :)
I loved Winback when it came out. It was the N64's answer to Metal Gear Solid and was basically the first third-person game that implemented true 'cover shooting'. Metal Gear Solid allowed you to press up against walls but only to view around corners, you couldn't actually shoot from cover and Time Crisis came out years prior but was a first-person light gun game. Winback really started it all :)

Yeah i remember back then though that i thought metal gear had better stealth and story and syphin filter better gunplay compared to winback.
Like you said though n64 had way better third party exclusives then wii u
