I don't get comments like this, do u honestly believe specs are the reason why Vita is doing so poorly?

Sony got lucky with the psp and tried the same trick again with the vita.  there is just no market for a handheld that plays like a homeconsole, so yeah, the specs of the vita are the problem.

oh, and nintendo should make the (main)screen an OLED, they just look so much better.

No, they did not get lucky with the PSP. Back in 2004/2005 when it launched, the Playstation brand was at its peak with PS2 dominating the world, also PSP at the time was the perfect all-in-one portable multimedia device, in addition to playing games u could browse the internet, listen to music and watch movies. It had a bunch of exclusive titles from big selling franchises like Grand Theft Auto, Monster Hunter, Metal Gear Solid, Gran Turismo, God of War, Kingdom Hearts, etc.

With the rise of smarphones/tablets, being a portable multimedia device is no longer a huge deal because so many devices are and while Vita does have a bunch of great games, it doesn't have the big system selling titles the PSP had (Vita titles are mostly indie, niche, late ports). It initially had a very high price tag of $299, expensive memory cards and overall lack of advertising all led to the Vita's downfall. It's specs have little to no affect on its sales.
