Why Souls games shouldn't have an easy or normal mode

sometimes to avoid invaders i would just play while hollowed out, it reduces your lifebar but that is a better tradeoff than dealing with invaders, that have gear targeted to PVP while you have gear targeted to PVE.

I did that when I was farming lizards to make sure that I didn't miss the loot drops. Most of the time, I would co-op in others' worlds, use magic for pve and weapons for pvp. I really like cosplaying the idea that I was helping a fellow traveler and fight invaders/bandits when they came along.
