This is the honest truth!
Playing the Wii for the first time.
I walked into a Gamestop to buy the Sims2 for PC when I saw all three console KIOSKS there and all and so I decided to try them out for the first time.
The Xbox360 kiosk was not working for some reason. Go figure! I'm sure it was the stores fault, right?
Then I played the Wii next. A game called Excite Truck was on display so I decided to play that. The was really fun, the graphics were ok. ( I understood that the Wii was not as visually stunning as the other guys. ) The gameplay was intense. I guess you could say it was something I experienced for the first time while playing video games. I really enjoyed myself playing this game.
Next I played the PS3 and it had some games called NBA 07 or something like that and a racing game called Motorstorm. Since I like racing games over sport games I tried out Mota'Storm. The game was fun, the graphics were nice and pretty much blew past those in Excite Truck. But the racing as far as the controls (standard controls) was concerned, the game just wasn't as fun as Excite Truck.
Yes, when you crash in Mota'Storm, the car breaks apart in slow motion showing off the graphics and physics of the game. Oh believe me it was a nice sight to behold but it got repetitive after about a dozen or so times. (After me playing and) watching other people play the game as well. At least Excite truck put you back into the action if you crashed faster than Mota'Storm. And you crash alot in Excite Truck (Stupid Trees).
