A Number of JRPG's that released has been on the steams best sellers list, Valkyria Chronicles was on it for a number of weeks and in first place none the less, not bad for such an old game now imagine what numbers a New Tales of game or FF15 etc would do on steam .

Plus i dont think it would be getting so many JRPG's lately if they wasnt selling or the was no market for them?.

There is only one single example of it doing well. I'd argue it's more of the exception to the rule rather than evidence that JRPGs sell well on Steam. Great success is greatly exagerrated.
