In my experience, comission junction isn't very good. Sure, it might be a higher rate per sale but games are what people are interest in, so better to have 100 sales at $2 than 1 sale that generates $20. In general, I like google the best. They have a much smaller % of annoying ads, and if you use them consistently in the same pages they tend to do a decent job of rotating in new ads, etc... That said, given that most people on this site are into video games, and video games tie in nicely with amazon store, I think the amazon ads add value to the site instead of being a problem. They also are not annoying taking ads. IMO, I would rather tolerate several ads on each page that don't do flash than an annoying ad on every other page.
