Define good games in your opinion ???.................   with due all respect i am agree and disagree with what ever your answer because good games had many different meaning for every person, but sales number don't lie and cannot be argue. Is OK if Nintendo brag about meta number (which is unscientific anyway), but Investor is not gamer that care good or not (because what they need is sales ). And maybe they need to get away from the meta score, so they can get a lot of games sales.

Funny how sales stopped lying when it wasn't the Wii selling well, don't matter what you think all that matters is the majorities perception of the games which both critics and consumers consider them to be good overall, no matter your opinion you can never argue that, sales do not dictate quality and vice versa. You clearly know little about investors and you don't want to get into that argument with me because I deal with them on a day to day basis in my job.

Investors aren't just about making money they want to know that the brand is being kept healthy so it can make money in the long term, I'll highlight one flaw to you, you're solely focusing on the Wii U they'd be focusing on the Wii U and 3DS as a whole. As an investor the quality of the product is key factor in your judgement in investing, look up on value investing that Warren Buffet is famous for, even if Nintendo doesn't sell as much as Sony or MS they'll always have a dedicated fanbase who generate more then enough money for them to stay in the markets and in turn make investors money, one factor in that happening has always been the quality of their products. So yes Iwata can highlight product quality.
