Things can change rapidly - an X360 motion controller and a price cut could easily double the 360 sales and steal some of the the Wii's thunder - and it's' still the lead profit making console so far.

The 360 cost exactly the same amount as the Wii in europe , guess what ? it's still been the worst selling console in Europe this year.

the Blu-ray boost over Xmas will continue to push the PS3 sales up alot over the next year , a price cut and some good exclusives are appearing on PS3 now GT5, Motorstorm2 ,MGS etc.
Nintendo may find a way to boost production and sales by another 100% by releasing in Korea then China or India (then agian so may the other consoles).

Did you mean double production in turn doubling sales ? or Doubling production to meet increased demand ? If you was trying to say the prior your completley wrong , those who would have you believe that the demand is exceeding the supply are lying. Basic economic's dictates that demand exceeding supply should be met by price increases (which happened during Christmas '07).

Simply looking at current sales and projecting is useless - you need to look at trends and strategies too.
PS3 looks like the getting the biggest boost for this year.

To bad the PS3 has mostly failed to deliver the innovative games i hoped for instead it's crap Xbox and PS2 ports in 720P and almost no effort to add any good motion support.

I agree with the poor six-axxis support but XBOX and PS2 Ports, WTF ? Don't confuse it with the Wii.

Seems like the Wii had been doing the innovating with adding motion controls and IR pointer features to games this year - at least someone is.

Motion controls is fun and all that but I prefer the traditional gamepad in most circumstances , the only situation where the WiiMote would be fun is in sword fighting for me yet they have you attacking in pre-defined directions. Real next gen eh?
