I'm assuming Kanto is the region from the first couple of TV series and the early games?
I just don't understand why this hasn't happened. Aside from going back to their roots, this game would be accessible to the recent Pokemon fans that know all Pokemon, but would also bring in the old-school fans like me that lost track of the series after the first generation.
