Do you mean that none of the list will sell 1m? Are you forgetting that MS and Resistance have both basically sold 3m copies (yes I know they were bundled, but they both sold over 1m without bundling) With an install base much much bigger, many of those games will sell over 1m (R & C, HS and Uncharted have all managed it (well HS will in a few weeks).
If you have watched any of the KZ 2 trailers you will know why people are getting really hyped about this game. Many people enjoyed the first KZ (myself included) and Killzone Liberation (one of the best games on PSP) and KZ 2 will sell a few million
Also, even though GT 5 and FF XIII will not be released this year, they will still be on people's minds when they think about getting a console, so Sony will show both of those at E3 this year, to reremind people of them. There is also Eight Days and the Getaway, which could both make it this year. There is also a chance of an Uncharted 2 teaser trailer to remind us of that coming out in November 2009
