That's.... a lot. I doubt it will go that high. I think it will be divisive critically as well. Some will give it high scores for its presentation and visuals but others will give it low scores for its gameplay and length. I hope it does well and becomes a successful franchise for Sony. I really like its original setting.
I'm sure if you like a strong narrative and presentation, you will enjoy the game. I'm nor sure if I will pick it up at launch but will probably buy it down the road.
