You can go with a relatively weak-looking PSU if it's quality. I got a 450W Super Flower PSU with a GF GTX 770 (overclocked, I think), an Intel Xeon 1231V3, an HDD, and an SSD, along with the usual stuff, and it's working great. I bet you don't need more than 600W if you pick a quality PSU (as you should). Unfortunately I can't give any recommendations as my knowledge about PSUs isn't too good; the one I got was recommended to me. That said, apparently Super Flower is a good PSU brand if they sell those where you live.
