The amount of content plays a role when playing 60 U$ for a game. It seems like the game can be finished in a short period of time, somewhere between 6 and 10 hours, and since it is a story driven game, once you finish it there is not too much reason to play it several times. Some people will expend a lot of time and replay it several times, but it seems like the exception, not the rule. The conclusion is that there are other games in which they could spend those 60 U$, and will rent it, lend it or buy it but at a reduced price. When people don't have too much money to spare, they look for those options that can provide the most out of their limited budget. |
Yeah I understand that, if you are on a budget and need to be careful in what you buy, you want to make sure you buy a game that will last you a while and you leave the maybe's until they go down in price.
For me, I have lots of games that I still havent played from last gen, actually a game that is around 8-10 hours is good for me, especially as I like to dip in and out over a couple of weeks. I have enough games that last 20-30 hours already (I buy lots of open world games), dont need more to add to my list. :)
