In Uncharted 3, Nathan Drake was starving and thirsting in a hot desert for days. He didn't take off any of his clothes, not even his shirt, because of the heat to cool down. He gets really slow and he hallucinates. Then he finds a well and drinks a little bit of water. Then he continues on like nothing happened.
Can't wait for The Zelder Scrolls 3: Breath of The Wild Hunt!
