My theory is between E3 and Gamescom. E3 due towards Arkahm Knight, with a possible bundle. Doing so would help soar PS4 sales heading into Gamescom. If done at Gamescom, chances are that the Arkahm Knight bundle will be out by then, and Sony can have not only a great Gamescom, like they usually do, but end it on a high note. In addition, the fall season is one of their strongest; ultimately adding further evidence towards this. My biggest reason however, lies in the upcoming holiday rush. If the PS4 is to get a pricecut by then, it would be a preemptive strike towards Microsoft, which would then lead up towards another competitive holiday season. If a pricecut should happen before then, I could see a $299.99 PS4 bundle. Again, these are hypothetical, bit I still believe this is a good possibility.
