Absolutely. They've already had a couple internal revisions that have cut down on cost and with larger capacity GDDR5 RAM incoming they will most likely be able to cut again. That means they can sell at $350 by September and still turn a profit. If you look at 1tb HDDs on Amazon they're less than $50 more than a 500gb (some are only $10 more than their 500gb counterparts) so Sony would make a nice chunk of change on the high end model considering they pay a lot less, being a corporate entity, to upgrade the size.
