Heck, there is DS software that handles the second touch screen and comes up with better uses then anything Nintendo has put out.
Which is a shame, especially given the could just mine for ideas from some of the classic DS software that never made it out of that generation or off of portables like the Trauma Center/Team games or concepts like Pokemon Snap or Endless Ocean. If Nintendo of America had the brains or maybe the guts, they are already at work trying to get either Fatal Frame V or a combo pack of V and the Wii remake of II aka Deep Crimson Butterfly ready for a October 2015 release.
