Then you shouldn't have a problem to transfer it to the 4GB card as far as I know.

But I would need a SD card reader right? I can't just use another 3DS system to transfer between SD cards, can I? I was honestly thinking of just deleting my games that I have on there and once I link my NNID to my new 3DS, I could just re-download them from the eshop... right?
