Sounds like bolstered claims, I'll wait till we have some hard evidence though. After all, they said the same thing about MGS4 too and guess where it looks like that is going? :)
It sounds, that FFXIII is not possible on x360. Or find me FFXIII developer comment, that stated, that they could easy make FFXIII on x360. LOL.

libellule, Kojima stated, that PS3 is a theatre and x360 is dvd, and in best way, x360 would get a crappy port. Cell is far beyond of x360 cpu, that mean physics, AI and some effects are far beyond of x360 capabilities.
