I think September. They've had success with that time before (2009). Also it gives you a nice pre-holiday bump because you're ALWAYS going to get that big jump during the holidays you may as well try to extend it to 4 months instead of 2. Think of how awesome Destiny was for them and that wasn't even an exclusive. You hit em with a price drop in September, Uncharted 4 or a surprise game (like LBP3 was last year when it came out months after announcement) in October, then have The Order and Infamous and/or Ratchet Reboot and LBP3 bundles for $350 during the holidays.
