I think people, and I woudl say the sales of the WIi U back up this statement; simply werent satisfied with the Wii. It got way too much shovelware and if im being frank the biggest selling point motion controls kinda sucked. So lets be honest with ourselves would a clerk really recommend a Wii knowing it was missing a bunch of major games or got crappy versions of some. ANd the system was way behind not just tech wise? Nobody cares who wins what they just care that the system delivers I think for alot of people Wii didnt deliver if it did more would have returned. |
Nintendo should have used more of the money they were making to invest in traditional Nintendo games for the Wiiu to better satisfy the core games who bought the system. They instead are having to waste a generation rebuilding their rep now so they can improve their standing next gen.
