I can't see the link, but I largely agree. I think a good first step for dealing with swatters, Lulzsec and Lizard Squad type shitheads, and other assorted internet misanthropes, would be to ban them from unsupervised use of the internet. A lot of these kids' problems stems from a lack of proper socialization and living in a virtual environment where their actions have had no real consequences. Driving them out of doors for a change can only help.
Can't say I'm really a fan of the Norwegian system, though. Murderers should never see the light of day again.
