Someone on the H1Z1 subreddit made a list of people who are confirmed to be laid off and on what game(s) they worked
http://www.reddit.com/r/h1z1/comments/2vmp48/master_list_of_developers_affected_by_the_layoffs/
EverQuest franchise: 14 employees laid off
Planetside 2: 7 employees laid off, 1 resigned
H1Z1: 3 employees laif off, 1 resigned
DC Universe Online: 1 employee
