EDIT: I found what you're talking about. That's for their (Sony's) phones and tablets. They won't let this be a thing for everyone else.

They will eventually once they realise no one is going to buy a sony phone just because it has remote play, Sony Makes games for Android now, theres no way they will keep remote play exclusive forever.
