The man isn't being charged with terrorism, he is being charged with murder. Do you seriously expect the media to say "North Carolina terrorist charged with murder"? Again, I think you are being willfully obtuse about this. But if you compare these headlines to those about lone wolf jihadists you will see the similarity in the reportage. "Man beheads woman in Oklahoma. Is this terror?" "Man kills three Muslims in North Carolina. Is this a hate crime?" It isn't referred to as terrorism because it is a simple act of murder.
