but if you talk about monarchie you normaly mean absolut monarchies, in other kind of monarchies the king hasnt much to say(or nothing at all like in britain)

But whether his power is absolute or not, the monarch rules one nation and his just authority is derived from how well he rules that nation. The czar/emperor/khan/caliph is self justifying and acquisitive.
