I don't think they're in denial over the situation, in terms of profit it seems to be fine. Sales wise, not so much -but I'm 100% Nintendo doesn't think that at this point that they'll win any majority market share and are just riding it out. I'm hoping they'll fix the mistakes made this gen and become much stronger and more competitive next gen :p
