If you have a PSP, there is an easy way. You can probably get a used one for very cheap nowadays. Its not the plausible method, but the game was never released in europe,and probably never will, so we have to do what we must. To think that i would never have enjoyed Chrono cross and Xenogears if not for those roundabout ways... its criminal of square.
You can also do what the guy above me said, but having different accounts on the Vita is hell and not practical at all. If you have a PS3 its manageable though. The game is gonna look awful on today's big screens though.
