It would certainly make much more sense than this speculation (this cannot be called a rumor at all).

This is a bit more then speculation Disney would love to expand their empire but the only thing they would be really interested in is Sony's movie and music business.  I doubt that Disney wants to get in the electronics business they will always be primarily a entertainment company.
