All future Spiderman films are Sony's they are just being set in the MCU it's like how Marvel before Disney bought them got Paramount and Universal to agree to share Iron Man and Incredible Hulk.
The next solo Spiderman film in 2017 will see all money go to Sony, Disney get the money from Spiderman appearing in the Avengers and CA:CW.
Which is why I don't get it being in the MCU isn't going to change the Spiderman fatigue that the ASM films are suffering from and IM3's huge Avenger boost was much smaller for CA and Thor.
