Spidey joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe

I love Spider-Man an he was always my favourite hero. That said, had to endure three terrible films and then two mediocre ones. Seeing other characters get good movies made me want a good Spider-Man one that much more. If this is what it takes I will be thrilled.
