I don't really find humour by large corperations funny. They should just avoid it completely, at all costs.

As for the 5 minutes installation time, it's a joke. Rockstar have even stated there will be a video playing while the installation is taking place, so it's just the same as having a 5 minute opening movie.
Why would I want to go rack up a 5 star wanted rating (which I doubt you could do in 5 minutes, or at the very start of the game) when I could be watching the intro to the game?
