Sony, MS and Nintendo online stores should be operated like a Bank

There would be stores implemented in major metropolitan areas setup for this kind of service assuming this is what the people wanted.  Honestly this is the least of my concerns when it comes to the whole concept anyway.  Establishing these banks isn't the tricky part, it's how they'll operate.  Let's assume for the sake of arguement that each of the big three would be able to open up stores wherever was necessary.
