nobody wants tv on his mobo, thats why they dont sell..

i had a mobo with tv tuner allmost 10 years ago, got it cheap because i had problems with my mobo and they couldnt replace it so they gave me a bigger one. it worked, but my next mobo hadnt a tv tuner because i never used it...  

again this is not freaking 10 years ago, this is now!, again this is a solution for the companies that produce electronics its a cheap option to include in the build. Apple and Samsung, LG etc . no unsightly antenna sticking out.

its now viable for companies to include, without much increase in costs!
