Yes, 1st party games cost a lot more to develop for the console manufactorer, but Nintendo makes pretty cheap games, compared to mant others out there.

Indeed, though I'd love for Nintendo/Sony to confirm the answer one day. This really is the point some people on here really need to understand though. Neither of us know's who is right, all we can do is say our opinion. There are no facts right now to back either opinion. People just need to be more mature.

I completely agree with your sentiment; as long as Sony and Nintendo don't release official numbers all we can do is guessing. Some guesses are more educated than others, but in this particular instance either guess is just as valid I think. But on the other hand, guessing these things is why we're here for, right? =)
