Am I the only person who thinks the characters in XCX look good?

I would assume that people didn't complain about the Xenoblade faces because they were blocky and polygonal so you could tell that they looked that way due to hardware limitations. On the other hand XCX is on much better hardware and the faces look too weirdly perfectly smooth on the girls. It's to be expected as that's the style these guys have done since Xenosaga, but it doesn't make it any less off-putting. It's like Tomorrow Children without the explanation that they're all dolls. Then again, if they all turn out to be porcelain dolls brought to life then all is forgiven and it makes total sense.
