Why pay for bikini DLC when you can have nude mods for free? Deal with it, Team Ninja, and STFU.
Windows 7 very successful, Windows 8 meh, but better than Vista, and Window 10 most likely going to be successful, despite PC HW sales slower than in the past (but usually it just means a PC is kept longer before replacing it, so user base always grow) just means that PC can be an appealing platform as any other, Team Ninja should just decide wether a whole additional market is worth the effort, even with lower DLC sales.
But in weighting pros and cons it should consider that the possibility of adding unofficial integral nudes and turning the game from borderline to soft porn can actually add new users that would consider it bland if unmodded.
