It took me a little while to fully understand the OP, but I think I've got it.
The Legend of Zelda - If Nintendo EAD and Monolith Soft are unavailable, I'd choose From Software to make the next Zelda game. In many ways, the Souls series, with its focus on combat and exploration, is the closest thing to the original The Legend of Zelda we've seen in a long time.
Super Mario - I'm not sure if it's eligible, but I'd give Super Mario to Ubisoft Montpellier, which knows its way around a platformer. If it needs to be a first or second-party studio, I'd begrudgingly hand the series over to Rare.
Metroid - I'd give this to DrinkBox Studios, after that studio's success with Guacamelee!
Star Fox - Grounding, Inc. gets Star Fox. Yukio Futatsugi is still the best designer of rail shooters out there.
Uncharted - This is a tricky one, but I think I'd give Uncharted to Insomniac Games, which has a lot of experience with shooting and platforming mechanics.
God of War - I'd let Platinum Games take a stab at Sony's hack-n-slash franchise, even if its eligibility is questionable.
Halo - Since Bungie and Activision have an exclusive relationship with Sony, is Bungie eligible? If so, give Halo back to the studio that made it great. If not, maybe Retro Studios can take over.
Banjo-Kazooie - This series would be a perfect fit for Nintendo EAD, which has demonstrated its mastery over 3D platformers for almost 20 years.
